How to Continue to Learn Through the Increased Responsibility of Senior Roles
It has been about 15 years since I started my journey as a leader, and like many other leaders, I have failed many times, often badly. One thing that remains constant is how I love to learn. As I reflected on my years as a leader and I hope for many more great things to come. I decided that my writing about it could hopefully help a leader in transitions or the new wave of growing leaders.

Many thought leaders over time said that learning is key to leadership, which is unsurprising. As a leader, we are constantly receiving surprises and being asked for decisions and many other things. Unless Leaders are superheroes that tap into 100% of our brain power, they likely do not know everything like everyone else.
However, leaders learn to tap into their ability to learn continuously.
